Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north to Harrogate and the hotel for a four night stay.
Day 2 Morning visit to RHS Harlow Carr Gardens. A spectacular 68- acre Yorkshire garden with beautiful borders, wildflower meadows, woodlands and streamside gardens, providing year-round interest. Return to hotel for lunch and then spend the afternoon to explore Harrogate.
Day 3 A circular tour through the picturesque Yorkshire Dales scenery with a photo opportunity at the famous Ribblehead Viaduct. Before making our way to the lovely town of Hawes which is also home to the Wensleydale Creamery, made famous by Wallace & Gromit, continuing by way of Grassington back to the hotel.
Day 4 A day in York and enjoy the history and culture of this walled riverside city. Visit some of the wonderful attractions including the Minster or the magnificent National Railway Museum for an interesting and informative day.
Day 5 After breakfast, we commence the homeward journey.
