Itinerary

Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north into Wales and to Bodelwyddan Castle for a four night stay. Days 2 to 4 At leisure to enjoy the facilities on offer here, which includes snooker, rifle shooting, Zumba, French boules, table tennis and woodland walks. We have included two excursions for you to enjoy:- 
  • A visit to the town of Llandudno which enjoys sunny weather year-round. The warm winds from the sea, combined with its two beautiful beaches, create a pleasant atmosphere even in winter. Take a stroll along the promenade and enjoy a cuppa looking over the bay. Travel further along the coast to the small town of Conwy with its ancient castle, stunning scenery and the smallest house in Britain.
  • Today you will visit Chester, a city full of historic treasures and home to the most complete City Walls in Britain, which dates from the Roman occupation 2,000 years ago and built to protect the city. If feeling energetic why not take the 2 mile walk of the walls and admire the beautiful heritage of Chester. Explore the unique 700 year old ‘Rows’, home to both independent and high street names.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.

Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel

A setting between mountains and coast. This lovely hotel is a Grade ll listed Victorian building near the North Wales coast, not far from Snowdonia. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. Lift, lobby bar, restaurant, coffee shop, atrium, leisure facilities, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa pool and fitness studio.
