On the first Sunday in September Zundert is host to the annual Flower Parade, the most beautiful parade in the Netherlands. See the amazing floats made only by using dahlias.

Itinerary

Day 1 Morning departure to travel to Folkestone for the crossing to Calais and on to Zevenbergen for a three night stay.

Day 2 Today visit the Burgundian cities of Breda and Den Bosch, both with historic centres, where you can admire the medieval architecture and wonderful museums or just stroll round the parks and shops.

Day 3 Parade Day: Morning free in Zundert, perhaps visit the Vincent Van Gogh Museum, with the permanent exhibition that depicts the youth of Van Gogh in Zundert. The afternoon is spent watching the Flower Parade with the spectacular floats. We have reserved seated tickets for this magnificent parade. Zundert also provides music and theatre performances throughout the town.

Day 4 After breakfast, we travel to Antwerp, with free time before continuing to Calais for the homeward journey

Located in the village of Zevenbergen. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV. Lift, bar and lounge area. Dinner is taken in the hotel’s restaurant De 7 Bergsche Hoeve, located in an adjacent stunning farm house, with its olde-worlde ambience.
