Itinerary

Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Weston-Super-Mare and the hotel for a stay of four nights.

Day 2 Travel to Wells, England’s smallest city and one of the most beautiful for some free time before travelling through the rugged gorges that surround Wookey Hole Caves and the famous Cheddar Gorge. You will arrive at the Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company, and we have included a viewing and tasting at the only cheesemaker in Cheddar.

Day 3 A free day to explore Weston-Super-Mare with its attractions and Grand Pier. We have included a cream tea at the hotel in the afternoon.

Day 4 Today you will travel to Barrington Court located in the stunning Somerset countryside. A charming Tudor manor house with beautiful Gertrude Jekyll inspired gardens, apple orchards and a working kitchen garden. Afterwards, you will visit Sheppy’s Cider Farm, one of the homes of traditional cider, for a tour of the farm followed by a taster of the cider.

Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
