Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Exmouth and an early dinner ready for the evening carnival.
Day 2 A memorable day out at the World of Country Life, Exmouth. You can hand feed a Deer or a Llama, watch an exhilarating birds of prey flying display, take a walk down a Victorian Street, wonder at all the memorabilia from the war and times gone by, see the vehicles used in the filming of Downton Abbey & Mr Selfridge and watch a hilarious ferret racing event - World of Country Life Exmouth a truly memorable day out.
Day 3 Exeter & River Cruise -Exeter is a cathedral city brimming with colourful character and a delightful mix of high quality attractions, restaurants and shops in a setting of architectural splendour. After lunch return to Exmouth for an afternoon river cruise on the River Exe.
Day 4 Dawlish and Teignmouth: An excursion to the Victorian seaside town of Dawlish with its decorative flower beds, quaint shops and Dawlish brook that runs through the town and home to the famous black swans. Teignmouth is an historic port on the mouth of the Teign estuary. It has all the attractions of a seaside town including a Victorian pier and a thriving mixture of shopping areas and interesting back streets. Returning to the hotel mid afternoon.
Day 5 After breakfast, you will travel to West Bay where the TV series ‘Broadchurch’ was filmed, for a stop before commencing the homeward journey.
In one of the best positions in Exmouth, on the level Esplanade a few metres from the beach and a short walk from the shops & harbour. All en suite bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, internal telephone, hair dryer and Freeview TV with radio channels. Restaurant, bar, lounge, lift.
