Day 1 Morning departure to Looe and the hotel for a stay of four nights.
Day 2 Day tour to the fishing village of Mevagissy, famous for its colour-washed houses, and then on to Charlestown to visit the Shipwreck Museum.
Day 3 Morning excursion to nearby Polperro, with beautiful cottages that cling to steep hillsides around a small harbour, with spectacular views of land and sea, making it an artist’s paradise. Returning to Looe for an afternoon at leisure to explore, relax on the beach or perhaps take a boat trip out to see the seals.
Day 4 To Plymouth for an included one-hour naval and harbour cruise with commentary. Departing Mayflower Steps, you will sail across the Plymouth Sound passing Plymouth Hoe, the famous Drake’s Island, heading for the River Tamar where the mighty warships and nuclear submarines await! You then have the afternoon to explore Plymouth and the Barbican.
Day 5 Breakfast, then commence the homeward journey.
