Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Aberfoyle and the hotel for a four night stay.
Day 2 Over the Trossachs passing Loch Achray, you will find the ‘Sir Walter Scott Steamer’ on Loch Katrine. After the two hour cruise you will carry on through the Trossachs and into Callander the home to the Rob Roy for some free time.
Day 3 After breakfast depart for the city of Stirling for the included visit to Stirling Castle. See the largest medieval Great Hall in Scotland and learn about life in the 16th century kitchens, as well as exploring the sumptuous apartments of the castle’s Renaissance palace. Free time before returning to the hotel.
Day 4 Travel via Balloch and visit Loch Lomond before continuing to Glasgow where you will meet the guide for a city tour. Home to the only medieval Cathedral on the Scottish mainland, the city is home to many galleries, museums and Botanic Gardens.
Day 5 Breakfast, then commence the homeward journey.
