Day 1 Early morning departure to Pembroke for the sailing to Rosslare at 14.45 hours and on to Waterford and the Dooley’s Hotel located on the quayside for an overnight stop.
Day 2 Depart from Waterford mid-morning and travel to Co. Cork, home of the legendary Blarney Castle, here you will have time to get some lunch and to visit the Woollen Mill before continuing to Co. Kerry and to Castleisland for a four night stay.
Day 3 Travel the short distance to Killarney set in the Irish Lake District. The most popular way to learn about the town and its lakes is a jaunting car ride. The tour runs through the Killarney National Park and along the edge of Lough Leane to Ross Castle. From here catch the ‘Lily of Killarney’ to cruise across the lake, a memorable way to view the surrounding mountains. You will then have some free time in Killarney before returning to the hotel.
Day 4 A full day on the Dingle Peninsula. Enjoy a scenic clockwise tour of this precious Irish landscape with ancient beehive huts surrounded by an intricate coastline – a region that has captivated poets, writers and filmmakers for generations. In the afternoon there is a special treat in store; a one hour scenic boat cruise with Dolphin- watching around Dingle Bay.
Day 5 A scenic tour of the Ring of Kerry, on the Kerry tourist trail and part of the mystical and unspoilt region of Ireland that has attracted visitors for hundreds of years and is part of the Wild Atlantic Way. It is a photographer’s paradise and due to its location facing the mighty Atlantic Ocean, the Ring of Kerry also has some of the finest beaches.
Day 6 Depart Castleisland and travel to Cobh, on the southern shore of this great island in one of the world’s finest natural harbours at Cork. Cobh was the last port of call for the ill-fated Titanic. Enjoy some free time and lunch here before continuing to Waterford for an overnight stop.
Day 7 Early departure from hotel to Rosslare to embark on the 08.45 hours Irish ferry sailing to Pembroke with breakfast on board included. On arrival you will continue your homeward journey
