Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to North Wales and to Caernarfon for a four night stay.
Day 2 Travel to the delightful seaside resort of Barmouth, in one of the finest locations in Britain on the beautiful estuary of the Afon Mawddach. Some free time to wander before travelling to Beddgelert, undoubtedly Snowdonia’s loveliest village, a place of legend, culture and history.
Day 3 A day at leisure. The coach will transfer you into the town for you to explore Caernarfon, with its impressive castle, redeveloped waterfront and much more. You could also return to the hotel early and enjoy the leisure facilities or have a coffee in one of the lounges.
Day 4 Today you will travel to Llangollen for some free time, before boarding the Thomas Telford narrowboat at 12.00 hours for a festive lunch and a 2 hour cruise with commentary. You will sail over the Pontcysylite Aqueduct, one of the most astonishing feats of engineering from the Industrial Revolution, to Froncysylite where you will re-join the coach for the journey back to the hotel.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journe
