Vintage Variety Weekend Yorkshire

Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north to Yorkshire and the hotel for a three night stay. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink each evening. Your entertainment tonight begins with ‘The Rocking Good Nite’ performance from a 4-piece band playing hits from the 60’s and 70’s.

Day 2 This morning you will head to the spa town of Harrogate. Free time to explore and whilst there, make sure you visit the famous Betty’s tea rooms, founded in 1919 by a Swiss confectioner. After lunch you will depart for Skipton, known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’ with its famous 900 year old castle, romantic ruined priory and historic cobbled High Street. Rich in both history and outstanding beauty. Entertainment tonight is a variety of acts in the form of comedy, jugglers, singers and dancers, creating moments of joy and laughter.

Day 3 Enjoy a relaxing morning before making your way to Oxenhope to board the ‘Haworth Express’ for a return journey from Keighley on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway for a 1920’s styled murder mystery. You will journey through the Yorkshire Dales as a bespoke live action story unfolds. Are you going to be able to solve the case and discover who committed the murder? You will return to the hotel to enjoy dinner. The final night of entertainment comes from the ‘Lipsticks’, a trio of classy ladies who will be singing hits from the 1940’s and 1950’s. Rounding off your weekend of vintage entertainment in style.

Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey
