Day 1 Morning departure to the attractive town of Newmarket for a visit before travelling to Norwich and the hotel for a four night sta
Day 2 A visit to Sandringham House and Gardens, which was the much- loved country retreat of our late Queen and has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs since 1862. The house is set in 24 hectares of stunning gardens, perhaps the most famous stately home in Norfolk, and is at the heart of the estate.
Day 3 Today you will travel to the Victorian town of Cromer, perched on the very edge of the north Norfolk coast and famous for its tasty crabs, wide open beaches and a traditional pier. Time to explore, shop and try a crab sandwich. Afterwards you will travel along the coast to Sheringham and to Morston Quay. After a short boat ride, with local information provided by the crew, you will arrive at the seals. They are usually basking on the sandbanks at the far end of Blakeney Point. You should see some seals - the question is: “How many”. Subject to tides the boat may land at Blakeney Point for a closer look of the seals, and the many birds that live there too.
Day 4 A day tour takes you first to Norwich with over 1,500 historic buildings and two cathedrals for some free time before travelling into the Broads National Park, and to Wroxham where we have included a two hour cruise on the picturesque Broads.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey
